Once that is out of the way, we provide support through guidance and feedback while you and your teams use the tools as part of your daily work. We don't believe that team excellence can be achieved through workshops alone. Hence, the Team Excellence Coaching Program ensures required behavior changes through a sustained coaching program for the team members.

A 3-month practical implementation program to implement the tools and methodologies learnt in the workshops.
Bi-weekly 1-hour coaching calls with team leaders and managers.
