Once we assess your needs, we quickly cover the underlying tools and theory to provide a sound foundation. Once that is out of the way, we provide support through guidance and feedback while you and your teams use the tools as part of your daily work. We don't believe that team excellence can be achieved through workshops alone. Hence, the Team Excellence Coaching Program ensures required behavior changes through a sustained coaching program for the team members.

How does it work?

  • Discovery Assessment to identify the areas to address and goals to achieve.

  • A maximum of three 2-hour onsite or virtual workshops on the theory and tools to be used.   

  • A 3-month practical implementation program to implement the tools and methodologies learnt in the workshops.

  • Bi-weekly 1-hour coaching calls with team leaders and managers.

  • Email support during the entire program.
